| A lot of gr8 athletes n stars from various fields like ashok masti, soha ali khan, akshay kumar, chetan sharma and lots more... took part in the gr8 Jammu Marathon ,, held today on 13/11/2011 , and went successfully. |
It was a very much controlled event under the supervision of JKP(J&K Police) ,, The traffic of Jammu was suitably routed to cope up with the traffic problems. The participants were provided with the Water facilities and refreshments at various intervals.. the route for the marathon was fixed from satwari chowk,, to Amar singh Palace,, Manda. The helicopters had made a constant vision from above the sky so as to maintain a smooth running for the participants...
Studentsa from various schools and colleges took part ,along with the peaple from different walks of the society,,,People from old age to the young kids everybody was very much enthusiastic about the event and ran with full efforts.
According to the sources, the winners were from the police and army sector....
During the event taken place through the B.C. Road there were a lot of audience to increase and appreciate the efforts of the athletes..
